Actron CP9190 Elite AutoScanner Pro Works on OBD1.5 "Frankencar"
Bought this model primarily because most other reasonably priced scan tools won't work on the weird not-OBD-1or2 connection on a 1994 Park Avenue. It worked great! Also have used it on newer OBD2 vehicles with good results.
